Horrible experience and even worse front desk. Basically they rented out the room I booked online and the front desk worker didn’t care and just ignored me after I booked a room and wasn’t available when I got there. Zero stars

The bathroom had mold. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. And I was supposed to have two beds, but there was only a single bed available when I checked in.

No area shuttle as advertised on hotels.com. Ran out of coffee at 8am and waited over 30 min for fresh pot that never came. Front desk staff went missing with lines over 3-4 customers waiting.

Don’t recommend staying here This place was dirty I honestly wish I could get refund. The room and restroom seemed like they haven’t been cleaned. I honestly didn’t even stay I ended up booking a different hotel.

The advertised breakfast is virtually non-existent. Just a few oatmeal packets and some days also had a few muffins. Staff could not make us a working room key, so we were standing around for 45 minutes on check in.
No breakfast to be had We booked this because it advertised free breakfast and coffee maker in the room. We got neither. Was very surprised when we got up and went down to the desk. The attendant said he didn’t have food to put out and there was no coffee. He did give us a coffee maker to take back to our room. Condition of the room was not great. The sheets were clean but the spread and blanket smelled like dirty clothes.
Rooms NOT cleaned At All Honestly, the room we were given did not look like it was ever cleaned. They hopefully changed the bed sheets and the towels, and that was it. There was hair all over the bathroom, the garbage was not taken out. And the kitchen area still had sticky stuff splattered all over the side of the fridge and countertops.
