There was no one at the desk when we tried to check in. The telephone didn't work to call for assistance. It took 15 or 20 minutes until staff appeared, and then he was surly. The room was on the first floor. We couldn't open the curtains bc the parking lot was right there .The room was dark and two lamps did not work. The sinks and tub did not drain. Terrible, rude, not organized Terrible experience. I was on a red eye to Boston and booked a room for the night before so I could check in early in the morning and shower. I sent the hotel an email alerting them I would not check in the evening, and I called the front desk in the evening of the reservations. When I arrived in the morning, they had given away my room, and the person (Warren) was very rude - who had I talked to on the phone, and it was all my fault. This is the worst hotel experience I ever had. Stayed 2 nights and am sorry I did. Broken cabinets, broken toilet paper holder, hallway reeked of marijuana, strong cigarette smoke in the room during the night, hot water and instant oatmeal was supposed to be breakfast, nasty bathroom and tub. Just awful - and overpriced.

Never ended up staying, night staff was unfriendly and not helpful. 2 calls regarding a late check in were disregarded and we were expected to wait 30-45minutes for a’computer’ update. Lobby area was not welcoming or very clean. Bathroom was not very equipped or clean.

As I was driving to the hotel. They canceled my reservation saying they made a mistake. That was the only explanation. Absolute absurd

No issue finding parking. Staff was nice enough. Bathroom had a decent amount of black mold, and the corners of the window were also covered in black mold. Beds and kitchenette were clean. There was a dirty razor blade in the hallway. Unlikely to return and would not fully recommend.

I would not stay there unless $$$ is important The room was not clean and had a bad smell - the hallway seam unclean , tried , worn out The breakfast service was poor, no coffee at 8:15 , other guest were waiting over 45 minutes for coffee. I went back an hour and 15 minutes later and there was coffee I will not stay there again

The hotel was very dirty, it smelled like weed and smoke, there was hair everywhere in our room, the fire alarm were ripped off the ceiling, the dresser was broken, there was mold several places in the bathroom, the sheets were ripped and thin and itchy, the pillows were super flat, everything felt gross to touch. The carpet looked and felt dirty and the toilet and bathtub were dirty too, the breakfast was lame. Customer service wasn’t very helpful. The only thing that was good was the air conditioner and the fridge.
