STAFF member was not professional at time of check in. When asked about utensils, I was informed; "this is a 2 star hotel, dont expect much." needless to say not interested in staying here again.

The manager was incredibly rude. She screamed at me when I asked to change rooms and said if I made a different reservation she would keep me in the same room. She often had red runny eyes and a bleary look which she attributed to “drinking soda”.

Il est indiqué petit déjeuner mais ce n’est pas le cas, seulement du café et des muffins en sachet à emporter. L’homme de l’accueil est toujours absent et laisse un panneau avec écrit «Pour toute urgence appelez moi». Nous avons du appeler trois fois pour qu’il vienne faire notre check in. La chambre est degueulasse, il n’y a pas d’autres mots pour décrire l’état de la salle de bain et de la baignoire non lavée. Heavy smoke odor in the room. Some windows have no screens (to keep the bugs out). Many smokers outside in the area.

The rooms dirty. The toilet had pee on it. The sink had hairs. The towel I took to wipe The sink counter was dirty after wiping. The microwave and kitchen sink dirty. The hallway sinks. The lobby dirt. It took me over 1 hr to check in because of only one clerk. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Rooms were not clean before I got there. Dirty towels and unmade bed.😠

For the price of this property expectations were poor. This was not a “hotel” experience and more of a place to lay your head. There was no one at the desk upon checking in and we had to wait. Meanwhile there were pizza boxes sitting there, which tells me staff was eating instead of attending to customers. We were told we would have a queen bed and the bed was definitely a full-size.
