This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I will never stay in one of these again.

Staff were nice and polite. No issues with check in or out. Patriots was respectful. Not sure if all rooms were like mine but I found prior used towels in the bathroom room. The room had an order. The show/tub was unclean. The bed sheets had grit on it and the mattress cover was filty. The floor was a little dirty as my white socks turnt black. Other than that no issues.

It took 35 minutes to check out, the lady at the front desk sat outside on her cell phone while myself and 4 other people waited by the front desk. I called the extension on the phone 6 times to ask for assistance but there was no answer. When she came in she pointed the sign saying to call the given extension at me (insinuating I didn’t read said sign) and gave me a disgusting look as if I was stupid.
