The room wasn't cleaned, appliances were damaged or broken, and service wasn't receptive to our requests for refund. Neither was Expedia. I will not book with Expedia again based on this experience.

We stayed there twice (the second time was an accident - we didn’t remember we had been there before and didn’t like it). The hallways smelled awful, and to make it worse was the air freshener used to mask the odor. We had three roaches in our room, an outlet that didn’t work, and the shower temperature was luke warm, ar best. The room was in need of serious repair. Broken drawer, moldy and broken tub, baseboard in the bathroom rotting, shower was cold and dripped constantly, mattress was stiff and sheets were thin and scratchy. Honestly, one of the worst stays I’ve had in a very long time.

Good for a night’s stay. Countertops in room were dirty, and same in the bathroom including shower.
