The desk was not staffed at night and one of the entry doors did not lock allowing any one guest or not to enter. The grab and go breakfast was often not refilled. At 8 am it was empty except for coffee and desk employees made no attempt to replenish it. Dresser drawers wouldn't open.

Long delay in checking. Did not have the 2 bed room i booked. Gave us a King bed with pullout. Grab and go breakfast was just coffee.

I arrived around 6pm and my room wasn't ready until over an hour later. The room smelled strongly of aa fragrance, I had to cover my face while sleeping because it was so strong. There was no grab and go breakfast, either.

Not the worst, could do better The towels had a stain and there was no coffee or hot water at breakfast. You get what you pay for, but these two things are hard to overlook.
