The room had a terrible smell of burnt grease/food. We asked to be moved to another room, but were told MAYBE the following night, since it was "too late: the reservation had been made". The attendant did not say there were no other rooms available. We were handed a spray to use in the room. Trash cans in foyer overflowing with trash. Trash on floors in foyer and corridor. Tub had black mold all around it. Horrible for the price we paid.

The room wasn’t clean. The bathroom sink was clogged and the toilet was nasty. The tv remote didn’t work either did the alarm clock.

There are two extended stays at this address, a front building and a back building. The reservation did not say which building and we did not know about two buildings until we came to the front desk of the front building. I booked two rooms at $192 a night.. One room had a broken door off the bathroom cabinet, which was resting against the wall wall. There was no stopper in the bathtub or the bathroom sink. I rented two rooms. Both rooms the floors were dirty. There were blood stains on the sheet liner on one bed. A bug crowd across the pillow.
