Front staff was great but the hotel was "smoky" and the room hadn't been cleaned very well. The hotel is old and photos are misrepresenting.

Aside from the front lobby that had all the air fresheners in the world, the rest of the hôtels was like walking into an ashtray that had gotten wet and was just left there to rot, I had to hold my breath from the elevator to my room. There was no services I had to bring my towels to the front lobby and get fresh towels myself and there is no room cleaning or bed making.
