Comfy but sparse Room was big, bed was comfy although I found a dried piece of greasy pasta near the bed. Weird though there were no plates, utensils, glasses, pans, coffeemaker, etc. even though there was a kitchenette. This was especially noticeable because it being an extended stay hotel with the expectation of being able to cook for oneself lent the on site breakfast to be packaged muffins and granola bars with coffee and tea available. Full house the night we stayed but room was quiet.
Very Friendly, Very Clean, Very Convenient Pleasant. Slept great, forgot my toothbrush but the hotel helped me out and supplied one for free..

Great value and customer service. We loved our room. It was perfect for us, especially since we have a toddler. Spacious, clean and with a great kitchenette. The neighborhood was good with plenty of dining and shopping within 5-15 mins. The front desk manager (Evan) was very pleasant. He checked with us later to see if we liked the room and noticed that he was calling up others to check as well. New Experiment It was OK or even good hotel stay experience, but too few amenities considering the concept of Extended Stay America. I had to request all amenities and no room cleaning policy until the 8th day was a little bit embarrassing.
Saved a bundle being outside Boston First time in an Extended Stay America. Had to get used to lack of maid service. Able to get clean towels, toilet paper, plates, other necessities when requested. Really comfortable bed and okay sofa bed.
