Moderate In terms of room size and furniture, it was okay. Otherwise, the A/C was uncontrollable. It was too cold and we could not turn it off or lower it. For two adults, we had one toilet roll for fours. Each time we go to the front desk to get supplies, no one was available. Breakfast and Wi-Fi were free. Generally, it was a nice hotel and I will recommend it to anyone.

Requested non smoking and got a smoking. Also, the 3rd was being remodeled and they never mentioned it.

OK for one night The hotel was a bit run-down and really needs a make-over

a little farter from Boston than I wanted but hotel was clean, accessible, friendly staff, I did not arrive until 2AM and there was someone at front desk quickly and I was in my room in no time at all. I had a late lunch meeting in Boston the next day and they even let me stay an hour past check out with no charge. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.
Quiet and Comfortable Clean quiet and comfortable
Weird location This hotel is located in a very awkward place just off Route 9 where it intersects with 30. My GPS did not know how to tell me how to get into the parking lot, so I had to take quite a detour. While the room was clean and comfortable, the hallways were remarkably filthy. I don't think the third floor hall had been shampooed or even vacuumed for months. Good rooms, free wifi Was satisifed with the room in all respects save for the TV. Couldn't get sound from it no matter what I tried. The temperature controls were good, the fixtures worked, and I got a good night's sleep. Outside of the room the hotel was in good condition except for the rear wall of the fire stairway in the center of the building. Looks like they had a roof leak which led to dry rot on some of the wood framing. The drywall was removed to reveal much decay. Fortunately it was confined to one location. I mus... read more

convenient stop The room was not cleaned very well with candy wrappers in toilet paper rolls and hair in tubs.People at front desk wetewere helpful though.
