Tub was dirty as hell hair still in it and the floor where the bed at was dirty

Kitchenware-less Extended Stay It was disappointing. Upon check-in we were not told that we needed to request kitchen-ware. It was frustrating because the whole point in staying in an extended stay hotel is to be able to utilize the kitchen. We did request some utensils, but at that point we were frustrated that the accommodation was not overall, better. I paid for an non smoking room, and I was given a smoking room that was not clean enough and smelled like nothing but smoke , when I told the front desk I didn’t like the room , they said they cannot do anything

I wasn't the one that was there with my granddaughters and they said it was very filthy on the outside the building and filthy and on the inside it was a nice hotel should be
