They changed my room reservation and initially didn’t have a solution. Then I left an item in the room. I’ve called for 2 days and have been unable to connect directly with the property. Every time I call they connect me to some foreign booking department. They just keep telling me to call the property and give me the same # over and over again!

Made for Extended Stay Large room and hall ways. Kitchenette in room with full size refrigerator freezer, two burnerstove, sink and micro-wave. Great for an extended stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable.

Terrible ! me cancelaron la reservación a ultima hora y mi familia y yo quedamos con mucha incertidumbre .

We did Not stay, because the rooms they gave us were dirty and with food garbage the bathrooms worse.

My Techs said that the hotel was very dirty. They did not like the cleanliness in this location. I was surprised based on the reviews.
