Simple, you get what you expect The room was what you would expect - clean, simple. Not fancy, but o.k. The only thing I find is that the entire Buffalo north area seems way over priced for accommodations compared to the rest of the country for similar rooms. I would say there was a lot of Indian cooking going on while we were there.

Except Breakfast everything else promised is provided For Breakfast they kept some fruits apples , oranges , energy bars and coffee there is no break room available except that everything else is good with the hotel.

Very nice hotel would definitely stay again It was my first time staying at this hotel . I booked it because it said it had been renovated late 2012. The lady who checked us in was very friendly . She was also very helpful in directing us to malls and restaurants in the area. Beds were very comfortable , rooms very well laid out . We liked that it had a kitchenette as we had been travelling for quite a few days and was nice to actually cook instead of take out or restaurants for every meal. Good facility for long stay Had to leave 3 days early and the reservation was made through Expedia, but Hotel Staff was very helpful and proficient in handling my departure.

Close to family. It was a very comfortable room with very little noise except for the fire alarm going off between 11:00 and 11:30 on our first night. I am glad the alarm worked properly even if it was only someone burning something in a microwave. Safety above all else.

Slightly over prized hotel. This hotel calls snacks with a different name which is Breakfast. Coffee is good here.

Good for one night. I got this hotel for one night due to attending a conference. The staff was very friendly and the room was comfy. Do bring shampoo and conditioner. I automatically assumed it would be in the bathroom but all they had was facial soap and a bar soap, not so nice on the hair. It was nice to keep my drinks in the fridge and having the sink was a benefit as well. The bed was comfy. If it says a breakfast is available, don't expect anything fancy.
