Filthy place to stay anymore My stay was pathetic. The moment I entered the lobby it was stinking. After I entered my room it was even worse. The room was not clean, it was smelling and the bathroom seem to be not cleaned for ages. The bathtub was filthy and the ceiling of the bath had some dirty spots or may be fungus. The bathroom towels also seem to smell like the room. The worst part was that the breakfast was supposed to be included in the stay but there was nothing but just coffee at the front desk. Not Recommended for Family stay This is not the best place if you are planning to stay with family.

Cut short your extended stay This hotel was disappointing to say the least, considering the price you pay for the room. The first thing that strikes you is when you finally find the parking lot in the back of all other hotels, all you see is the word "LOBBY"! no name of hotel, which is as my daughter like to say "sketchy". Not so great experience They had a fairly new employee working the desk by himself and he double charged my card after we told him we already booked with Expedia. They placed us on a floor with people that seemed to be LIVING there for quite some time. There was children crying and people talking all through the night, and slamming doors. The room smelled old and stale as well. the shower looked clean but there were small hairs all over the shower and sink. I would never stay at this hotel ever

I stayed for 3 nights , location was good , near buffalo university, there's no room service , only for stays longer than one week! The room was not clean. We had to exchange the old towels for new ones! If u want cleaning service will charge additional $10 per night ,It was over price ! I don't think I will go back

My recent stay We had to pay extra for our 2 small dogs which is fine. However, I assumed the extra $ would be to at least shampoo the carpets and do an extra thorough cleaning after pets have been there. Obviously, this wasn't the case as my more dominant dog immediately squatted and peed upon our arrival in the room. She ONLY does this when she smells the odor of other dog urine. UGH!! Then we couldn't find the remote. It was finally found UNDERNEATH the bed! So much for their housekeeping!! There was a LOT of noise from... read more

Don't Waste Your Money It was not clean at all. The corridor was filthy in each level and smelled of burnt lard. The inside of the room was not clean. It was clear that a dog slept on one of the beds as the blanket reeked of animal smells. The bathroom was disqusting where hair was left in the bath tub. The outside of the hotel looks contemporary but the inside looked run down and not kept up.
