I reserved a not smoking room. The entire building was infected with cigarette ; I asked several times for noise upstairs . Breakfast poor . I asked for redund in front desk ; they asked me to contact Expedia .

A good example of what is wrong with our country. Language barriers with desk personnel on all but one occasion. Poor maintenance of the site. Poor maid service. Lots of public welfare people were obviously put there by the county because there was no place else to put them. Lots of things are wrong with the initial room. But at least the day staff tried to fix it. Suggest someone at Hotels.com check it out.

Some of the staff were rude and not helpful. We checked in with 3 in the room. Room only had towels for two. They say there’s a fully equipped kitchen. There is a refrigerator, cook top, and dishwasher. However nothing is provided unless you ask for it (toaster, coffee maker, dishes). We were handed a bin to carry these back to our room. The bathroom vanity has three light bulbs of which only one worked. We asked for the bulbs but rudely told there was none. Won’t stay again.

We found three roaches in our room. Two dead ones and a live one in the shower. I felt so grossed out I couldn’t even take a shower. The room seemed clean; but to find a dead roach near our bed was disgusting.

The Room was not cleaned they were a woman pad in the bathroom disgusting and I asked for a refund and they said yea and then they said no

Pros: The property is in a good location with lot of amenities nearby Cons: The property is not very well maintained. I have stayed in ESA years ago and it was a very well furnished room back then. This time, it is very disappointing - there are no utensils in the room nor enough linen! You have to walk to the lobby and they would walk you into a dark room to pick all the utensils that you need!
