Upon arrival, a lot of questionable people hanging around..cigarette burn in the pillowcase....kitchen sink filthy....floors and table with with nail polish splatter all over....bathroom toilet disgusting. Place felt uncomfortable

If you have the thought of staying here, DONT! Not a bad place (except for the cockroaches) but staff was rude (desk clerk) breakfast included? Bad coffee, prepackaged muffins and oatmeal? Drug use and sales going on by the people living in the rooms. Terrible place, stay away!

Front desk clerk was extremely rude at checkin and throughout our stay. Room was dirty. Tan out of toilet paper and front desk said they couldn’t find anymore. Had to go ask for hairdryer

Do not stay here. Exceptionally rude and incompetent staff. Lost our paid reservation from Expedia and were ridiculously rude at 1 am. Left us hanging. Would not even let us in despite having a confirmation number. Thank God Expedia was able to rebook us nearby at the best western. Do not Stay here!

We booked a suite for five people. We were provided with enough linens for two. They refused to provide enough towels for everyone. There were no accessories in the kitchen and we were only provided with 2 disposable drinking cups for our party of five. One could "purchase" a kitchen supply kit, but who wants to do that?! The day time guy was super nice and polite. The night guy was rude and acted like we were bothering him . We had a flat sheet on one of our beds that had stains on it. I get that things happen so I went to the counter to ask for another flat sheet to change it out with. I was told that they didn’t have any sheets to give us.
