Not very clean. The hotel was stuffy and smelly. There was no shampoo provided. No ice bucket. It just felt old and dirty.

WORST HOTEL EVER I travel a lot for business and this was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed. I checked in and out within an hour due to safety concerns. Apparently, this is the hotel where all the homeless people come to hang out and drink. The front desk assured me that they lock the lobby doors at 8pm for safety. The smell in the hotel was awful and the room seemed to be clean but the bed was so hard. I left after an hour and got another room for the night. So, for that night, I had to pay for 2 hotel rooms. Near Ft. Sumter tour. For heavy cook in the room The bed was hard. The only things in the room were a bed, table, desk, 2 chairs, fridge, stove, and microwave. You have to get a blow dryer, pans, utensils,etc. from the front desk. We paid a lot for the room and I at least expected the 1 king size bed to be comfortable. Most hotels have a mini-fridge and microwave in the room and that suits us just fine. ok room The hotel smells of smoke, from lobby to room. Service was good. It is in a convienient location.

Review On the hotel's website, the room says that it comes with a full set of dishes and utensils. When we got to our room, there were no dishes or utensils. There was a card on the counter telling us to request dishes at the front counter. The website was misleading. We went to the front desk to get dishes, but the attendant said they were out. Bad Dealings I was tired and ready to get to a room and shower and relax , I booked my room and it was not for the night it was for the 30th of nov, my mistake , the Hotel had computer issues which made me wait in the lobby for more than 25 minutes , after just letting us in a room they called to say i wasnt booked in a room at all. after several calls i had to make to the front desk and to hotels INDIA .. that i could barely understand it was fixed about 11pm , and I had to be up at 6 am. and i was late getting up by 45 min... read more
