Location was good. Quality of property was not good. Overall it was fairly dirty and run down. Staff at front desk were not very friendly or helpful.

Rooms not very clean carpet smells they shampoo but doesn't soak up all the water.

The room was really dirty. I went to grab my shoe that was half under the bed and grabbed a used bandaid and dirty napkin instead. So unsafe. It was just very dirty

Daniel w/ Expedia was not honest when we booked the room, we had 3 requirements (a workout room/pool, beer & wine bar & a water view of downtown Charleston,SC) NONE OF THOSE THREE THINGS WERE AVAILABLE WITH THIS HOTEL. Even though Daniel assured me they were. The room had been smoked in and was not as clean as we would have liked. We will not return to this site.

Check in and check out were quick and easy. Room was cleaned before we checked in, but it was in obvious need of a deeper clean. Pop spilled down the side of the leather chair. Mold had clearly been scrapped off of the bathroom ceiling. Definitely would not stay here again.

Not very happy. The toilet did not work right.The room smelled like cigarette smoke.People standing out side of my window . Breakfast was not as advertised.

I got a bad spider bite while sleeping. No bottled water available. The vending machine was empty. 3 nights and no room service. Tv sucked. Never go there
