I cannot prove what I booked, but I KNOW I would not have selected just one bed for my family of three people. We all had to sleep in one double bed - NOT ideal. Also, the smell of fish/shrimp was throughout our floor/hall, so that was gross. Just wasn't what I was expecting - thankfully it was just a one night stay. Front desk was not helpful with bed situation.

This hotel is run down and smells like cigarette smoke. Mold around the sink and the toilet would not flush. Would not recommend this hotel even if your desperate for accommodations.

Hotel in Mt Pleasant South Carolina Clerk was very unfriendly. Would not even give us eye contact. No amenities in the room, when I called the front desk , we were told because of sanitation reasons they didn't supply coffee maker, cups, dishes and etc. for the kitchen. The coffee the next morning tasted like heated day old. No choices for a continental breakfast which offered pre packaged muffin and peanut butter crackers, Also instant oatmeal with no bowls or utensils.. Poorly managed. Won't stay in this facility again.

dissapointed Did not have any utensils or cups or plates, had to call desk for them and wait 45 min. No trash cans in halls had to take to dumpster. Main factor was only 15 channels and half would be sporadic with reception from Dish Network satellite.

Horrible experience I will never ever use extended stay again. Upon check in the rude clerk informed me I did not have a reservation even though I had proof (confirmation from Expedia) he didn’t even TRY to find it. I left and went to holiday inn express. Three hours after being told I didn’t have a reservation my card was charged for the room! How does this happen? Well I was told by extended stay the room was under Jr., yeah, that’s right. Comfortable enough My phone charger was stolen by housekeeping New blankets needed

DUMP This place was a dump. Sagging mattress, dirty/stained linens & possible bed bug bites.
