Poor accommodations Very limited service. Housekeeping once a week or $5 a day. "We don't have an ice machine but you can fill the ice trays in your room fridge." Someone else's hair on the "clean" sink, TV remote didn't work, etc, etc. This would normally be a case of "You get what you pay for," but in this case, I got even less than I paid for, given the demand for hotel rooms during Charleston Race Week. I would not stay at this chain again.

disappointing only one trash can in room. no amenity booklet on hotel services or local services. had to shut the heater - A/C off during the night as it was so noisy. grab and go breakfast very bad. no ice bucket in room.

Room Service Excellent facility however, was disappointed in the complimentary breakfast. I've stayed at other hotels that offer a full line of breakfast foods which we prefer over a muffin and coffee especially since there were no breakfast restaurants nearby. I booked a 2 night stay and no one came around to clean the room or make the bed. That was really disappointing considering the amount I paid.

Disappointing We stayed here for 3 nights but were disappointed. We had to make a list of kitchen items we needed-I think they should have already been in the kitchen,The grab and go breakfast was a joke . Overall it was reasonably priced but I wouldn't go back.

Horrible smell in the room, smelled of mildew Horrible smell in the room, smelled of mildew coming from the air conditioning unit. When asked to change rooms, they said all the rooms were booked and there was nothing they could do.

Back in time Looked like Ft Knox in the 1967 barracks. Not again.

Rip off hotel I have stayed in many many hotels during my lifetime and this was the worst kept, dirty, noisy bad mattresses i have ever stayed.
