Last stay During my stay there were a few problems! First when I got there I was using my company credit card the man at the desk said he did not think he could take it because it did not have a name on it only the company name! He had to go and check with someone! Second the room did not smell clean. It was clean but it had an odor. Third the walls seem to be paper thin that I could hear everything in the rooms around me and down the halls! The most depressing place I've ever stayed.

Very un-satisfied & disappointed Stayed 1 hour & left. Hotel was very dreary, rooms un-inviting and a real turn off. Went to another hotel near by just to get away. Lost payment for 2 days, but worth my comfort that I did not feel at this location.,

Stay away from EXTENDED STAY Very disappointing, never again No housekeeping unless stay is over 7 days, no coffee maker in room, they apply room charges ( reportedly refundable- have not been refunded in 2 business days so far) without informing guest of amount.

Thieving staff Stayed for a month and a week. Makes come 1 time perweek ,which is fine excpet they cleaning nothing and at least twice for sure they went thru my things , as in personal belongings. Planted a $20 bill after first time, sure enough my dressers were wide open agqin, the bill underneath clothes on back corner of drawerwas gone of course I was "assured " it wasn't their staff at all also when I checked out I accidentally left a $350 super nice cot that was loaned to me before I stayed there from MyMt boss. . Bed Bugs The room had bed bugs!! What else can I say?! The guy at the Front desk was rude so rude at check in. The Breakfast is grab and go- but with the bugs- you will not want this place!

Not what we expected for an extended stay hotel !

It was horrible stay ever and to top it off it was suppose to be a fun trip foe my kids before they headed back to school. Had to call the front desk to complain and don't believe nothing was ever done about the kids running in the room up above us. Then a fight broke out also across the hall from us and it got so bad the cops were called. So needless to say the stay was terrible and the people at the hotel didn't seem to care. Thanks Heather

Dirty, bugs in room, breakfast was a to go bag. The room was dirty with bugs in the bathroom. The hotel did not provide any information about the area and when ask the staff they unlocked a room where some pamphlets were displayed and said help yourself. The continental breakfast was a muffin, energy bar and a coffee. This is not what was expected even in their own literature it shows a true continental breakfast.
