Rude Staff with no heart! They got our reservations mixed up and had us a no show for the nigjt before. They were all booked up by the time we got there and had no compassion and was down right rude. They made us feel like we were to blame when I know I had book for that night. Enfed up having to drive a couple hours longer then we wanted to and had to take the first motel that had a vacancy at 11:30 p.m. It was an awful experience and I suggest no one book a stay at this chain.

Location good, hotel not so much When we checked in our keys didn't work to get into the room (we tried 3 times before the battery had to be replaced in the door). The entire 2nd floor including our room smelled like pot, we kept our room window open the entire time to keep air moving and get rid of the smell. Our card was charged again for a reservation that was paid in full upon booking... waiting for a refund. Hotel staff at checkout was good. Room smells,Front desk rude Offer coffee and sachets of oatmeal as breakfast,room smells was bad front desk was rude always just on thier phone very disappointing

BAD Service was not good had to ask for everything channels on tv very limited no dvd management said they had never heard of one in a hotel room part of my reservation was to have a sofa bed did not have one had to ask for a coffee pot continental breakfast was ok but could have been better this hotel is more for the business traveler who just needs a place to sleep

Never Again TERRIBLE situation. When I arrived for check-in, I stood at the front desk for 15 minutes until someone finally appeared. The girl who checked me in gave off a "can we hurry this up" vibe. As though I'd interrupted her free time. And repeatedly kept stating that I'd "booked through Expedia", so it felt as though I didn't matter to their business. They do not do wake up calls. Won't stay again Dated, low end fixtures, bed and bedding, Breakfast is grab and go not continental like advertised.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT This hotel was one of the worst I have stayed at so far. To begin with the service was HORRIBLE!! The staff lied to my family and I and our stay all together was not enjoyable. First off we booked a min sized room because the other double bedrooms were sold out, so unfortunately one of us had to sleep on the floor. We called down for extra blankets and sheets but only received one sheet. Not for Business Travelers This hotel is best for groups of construction workers who are in an area for a period of time and just need a place to crash in the evenings. Not ideal for business travelers, who might need facilities for printing and faxing documents. There was not even a coffee maker in the room. The internet was way too slow; thankfully I brought my own.

Motel glorified as a hotel It's all in the name - extended stay. Has kitchenette, but 'pots and pans are optional.' Bring your own hairdryer, closet is more of a rack with a curtain. Think motel version of a no-frills flight - want housekeeping? That's extra. One shampoo, two soaps, anything else you need, head over to the front desk and get in line.
