Person checking us in had issues because she said system was down. There is no ice available. No silverware or plates / dishes. Only plastic cups. No coffee maker. Toilet flushed sporadically. Lots of hall noise

We just want to commend the employees that work here! Very clean and well kept room. After a long tiring trip, there's nothing more pleasing than to be greeted with a warm smile and excellent service by the staff. These people probably don't get paid enough for their hard work...give them an increase in pay and let them know they are appreciated!!! Thank you!
It was perfectly acceptable. It could have been a little cheaper for what it is but it was fine.
