Disgusting. It was roach infested. I had to switch rooms 3 times because there were roaches in every part of the room. Nothing at all.

Bad The attendant got a lot of attitude The attendant refuse to associate my reservation to the room. And left me stranded outside. After I convinced the night attendant to check me in, the attendant called the manger to have me removed and refunds issued. Lied about me not show up when check in was available all the way to 1 am and I was there before then.

Disappointing When I arrived to get checked in the young lady was on her cell phone talking and trying to check me in why she was on a call. When I finally got to my room there was no iron in the room.so went to ask if I could get an iron she said she will bring one up and never did. I also asked for one on the second night but they never brought one up. So my clothes were a little wrinkle on this company business trip. The rooms were cleaned well and morning staff was very friendly.
