Pretty disgusted with both Booking and Extended Stay. Doubt I will ever use either one again. Nothing Nothing. Reservation was cancelled without anyone telling us. When we arrived we could not get in!!!

An unfortunate circumstance created this rating. I didn't like the hold of $150.00 for staying there. Now I understand that is the rules so I had no issues doing that. However, I was charged for the $150.00 last month and the managers have not gotten back to me. I don't remember breaking any rules or damaging anything in the room as I'm always respectful to where I stay when in temporary lodging. It was not worth my money Tv did not work , room was not cleaned fridge had hair in it . Entire hotel smelled like smoke , they did not give me a refund , tried to keep my deposit.

Bad Trash everywhere, room bathroom doesn’t look like the picture they advertised. Also the room was very dirty. That it was near the mall and bars.

Bad Everything Nothing it smelled horrible and our bed had mold on the bed frame and my husband and I broke out in horrible rashes

Unable to stsy Didn’t get a chance to even stay didn’t have the room I requested I did stay they did have the room I requested and I was charge even though I cancel the room and it took a week to refund my money and I keep getting the run around but it was more so on booking .com
