I never got to stay. I was told I couldn't stay there even though I had a confirmation number. I had a confirmation number and pin number. The lady at the front desk refused to let me stay or figure out how I can get a refund. She told me to call booking and since I have been "ping ponged" around and have not gotten my money back. I missed an event I was trying to go to because I had to find another hotel to stay at that night. And to top it off I have yet to get my money back. I wasn't able to stay.

We never stayed, was told to be credited, was not. After checking in, we found blood stains on the sheets and immediately left. The lady at the front desk said she’s going to credit our card which she has not, which I’ll be calling them next. I have pictures if you’d like them.

I do not recommend unless you’re desperate and have no choice. I didn’t like the fact the customer service was awful, sitting down watching tv had to ring bell for service, tv didn’t work in hotel saying no internet. So I paid to stay at a hotel with no working tv’s nobody could help or fix the issue. Not to mention I paid for this room on booking to get to the hotel and they tell me I had to pay more money? Confirmed my booking only to tell me I couldn’t stay there at around midnight forcing me to drive across state lines for Everything. Booking wasn’t honored. I didn’t like anything

Don't even think about staying here. Made a reservation 5 days in advance, got to the place and the smart ass woman at the front desk said that my reservation had been canceled and had no room available. No phone call telling me this or nothing.
