An unfortunate circumstance created this rating. I didn't like the hold of $150.00 for staying there. Now I understand that is the rules so I had no issues doing that. However, I was charged for the $150.00 last month and the managers have not gotten back to me. I don't remember breaking any rules or damaging anything in the room as I'm always respectful to where I stay when in temporary lodging. It was not worth my money Tv did not work , room was not cleaned fridge had hair in it . Entire hotel smelled like smoke , they did not give me a refund , tried to keep my deposit.

Very Poor
Bad Trash everywhere, room bathroom doesn’t look like the picture they advertised. Also the room was very dirty. That it was near the mall and bars.
