Worst place I have ever booked through Booking bugs in the bathroom .com bugs in the room picture below. I felt like I was about to be scammed. Booking has always been good to me. But this place has made me weary of booking online. Booking had no idea my room was cancelled. If I had not called booking I would have been hit with a cancellation fee. Bad I drove over 2 hrs to this location only to be advised i once arriving that the hotel over booked and could not accommodate my family. There were ABSOLUTELY NO other hotels available within 30 miles of this location. Common courtesy would’ve been to call us before we made it there

Pretty disgusted with both Booking and Extended Stay. Doubt I will ever use either one again. Nothing Nothing. Reservation was cancelled without anyone telling us. When we arrived we could not get in!!!

An unfortunate circumstance created this rating. I didn't like the hold of $150.00 for staying there. Now I understand that is the rules so I had no issues doing that. However, I was charged for the $150.00 last month and the managers have not gotten back to me. I don't remember breaking any rules or damaging anything in the room as I'm always respectful to where I stay when in temporary lodging. It was not worth my money Tv did not work , room was not cleaned fridge had hair in it . Entire hotel smelled like smoke , they did not give me a refund , tried to keep my deposit.
