Never again. Definately not worth the price i paid Rented 3 rooms for business stay over and overall impresion was dissapointing. Checkin was by a gentlemen that seemed to be overwhelmed by customers cpmplaints of broken or non workiing items. After seeing the room, they appear in need of updating. The dirtiest nastiest property I have ever sent my employees too. Cockroach infested so bad had to change our reservation mid trip. Still waiting for my refund. Please don’t stay here couldn’t have had a worse experience

Allergies When I walk in the room. I notice the carpet had not been vacuumed due to dog treats was on the floor in room 127. My friend and I have allergies so we cough off and on because it had to been a dog in that room prior to our visit. We will not stay again.

Not what it appears:-( This hotel is a 2 out of 5 stars. The room pictures on their website ARE NOT from this hotel!! They are from an "elite level" Extended Stay America!! It was old, dirty, dated decor, and noisy at night (kids screaming, dogs barking, inconsiderate guests carrying on loud conversations in the hall way at 2am...). Terrible When we arrived we were not aware of a deposit. Got in elevator smelled like alcohol. Saturday night me and my fiancé were laying in the bed and a roach crawled across the mattress. No one was at the front desk !!!! Guy was no help did not offer another room or anything. Worst customer service ever . We packed up and left . The assistant manager was the most helpful the next morning when I called , he did refund my money after giving me the runaround that no manager would be onsite til 12 pm when I was told 7am . This is by far the worst extended stay ive ever been to. Extended stay is my go to hotel when traveling. This one had inattentive staff at the desk, they were never there and had to wait forever to check in or out. There was trash all throughout the hallways. The bathroom had a hole punched through the wall and the fridge had black mold on it. I only stayed long enough to eat dinner, then checked out.
