There was loudness from the office and always noise, noise slamming this and that. I went to ask for a bucket to put ice in and the lady said they don’t have any due to sanitary reasons. I never in my life have been to a hotel and not had an ice bucket. I said ok do you have ice and she said no we don’t you have to buy your own. I was shocked 😮 and don’t want to go back to this HOTEL. I will stay in the other extended care hotel.

I have stayed in Extended Stay Hotels throughout the years and I never had a negative experience so I was shocked at the condition that this one was in. The bed covers were dirty and stained, the floor was filthy, under the beds was even dirtier, the drain in the bathroom was not draining properly, and there were no dishes nor silverware in the room and when I asked the front desk she brought one of each thing but when she realized there were 4 people in the room she said she was going to get more and it never happened. This hotel states that they provide breakfast. This is definitely a false advertisement. They provide coffee and granola bars.
It was clean, accessible, felt safe. Breakfast of coffee and prepackaged muffins is included, wasn’t horrible for the price either

Smoking policy is not enforced, signs say stay 50ft from rooms and that’s all I smelled coming in and out of my room every day. Also pet friendly is great, but my room smelled completely like dog

Emmanuel was top notch and made our stay great! I have to say Emmanuel at the front desk was amazing. He was the person who checked us in around 5:30 and was very polite and friendly. Shortly after getting to the room I realized we needed another pillow. I walked down to the office and he was in there. He asked my room number and said he would get one and bring to me which he did within 15 mins!!
