Will not stay here again. Asked for a room on the first or second floor but they were fully booked, had to walk up to the third floor, no elevator. Smoke free room smelled cigarette smoke, wires hanging down from the ceiling where the smoke detector was supposed to be. Switched rooms. Stair wells need to be hosed down. Permanent residents making noise at 3 AM. Not worth $150 a night. Next time I will spend the extra $25 and stay in a real hotel.

Garbage was over flowing on the floors out door cans. Had trouble checking in and checking out. They had a kitchen table with only one chair. They have a kitchenette but no supplies the tub was dirty and shower head was hitting the back of the shower but we couldn't adjust it

Online it states it has elevators/lifts, it did not. The beds was so uncomfortable. Pillows had a musty smell to them. Bathroom was very clean, kitchen and bathroom floors was clean. Cable was awful. Stairway was very dirty. Parking lot was pretty clean, day time staff was very friendly and pleasent. Probably would not stay again because of how umcomfortable the beds are, no elevators to help with luggage, and the amenities are very limited. Also if you get the backside of the hotel, you will hear the highway.

This hotel is excellent! The staff are very friendly, the rooms clean and completely bug-free. I was graciously given an early check-in due to inclement weather. I will be back, and recommend this hotel to travelers to Chesapeake or anywhere in Tidewater.

Barato pero no lo vale Es un hotel barato, está un poco sucio, viejo, sólo tienen dos personas en recepción que atienden 12hX12h. Ponen que dan desayuno continental pero solo sacan una canasta con muffins, una con granolas y unos sobres de avena (con agua caliente), así que no pienses que te ahorras el desayuno. La ubicación está bien, es un pueblo chico, con mucho mall, que están cruzando la calle, en un suburbio tranquilo y muy bien cuidado; aunque hay varios hoteles cerca que pudieran estar mucho mejor.

I wouldn’t stay here again The hotel needs to be updated and the rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly. The sink was cracked, the toilet paper holder came off, the shower curtain had mold/mildew on it, the carpet had stains. There was hair on the bathroom sink and in the shower, dog poop on the top of the stairs.
