Overall it was an okay property, however my room had a dirty comforter and the toilet ran the whole night.

First the good news...I was greated happily by staff, check in was smooth, my room was clean, the hot water temperature was excellent, the full size refrigerator chilled my beverages, the TV and remote functioned adequately, there was little or no noise in and around the hotel at night. However, I believe a good power washing on the stairs, walkways, and exterior will boost your reviews.

When I arrived, it didn't seem like they were ready for my visit. My initial room (102) had so many issues including the toilet that sprayed water every time it was flushed, the shower not working properly and the tv remote also not working properly. I requested a room change which the staff was very happy to accommodate me but it took an entire day to do so. I had to constantly call and remind them but the young lady that assisted me was great. And the new room had no issues so I was happy.

Not bad for one night stay. The hotel stay was okay. The bed was reasonable for me and my mom who both have bad backs. There were some people who made us uncomfortable while checking in, offering to watch our things while we checked in, etc. but didn't give us any hassle after that. It wasn't noisy overnight and about a mile up the road is some nice shopping areas, starbucks, etc. We arrived with no toilet paper or hair dryer so we had to request both of those items after getting into the room.
