Smoking policy is not enforced, signs say stay 50ft from rooms and that’s all I smelled coming in and out of my room every day. Also pet friendly is great, but my room smelled completely like dog

It’s ok Tv didn’t have many channel options

Emmanuel was top notch and made our stay great! I have to say Emmanuel at the front desk was amazing. He was the person who checked us in around 5:30 and was very polite and friendly. Shortly after getting to the room I realized we needed another pillow. I walked down to the office and he was in there. He asked my room number and said he would get one and bring to me which he did within 15 mins!! Overall it was an okay property, however my room had a dirty comforter and the toilet ran the whole night.

First the good news...I was greated happily by staff, check in was smooth, my room was clean, the hot water temperature was excellent, the full size refrigerator chilled my beverages, the TV and remote functioned adequately, there was little or no noise in and around the hotel at night. However, I believe a good power washing on the stairs, walkways, and exterior will boost your reviews.

When I arrived, it didn't seem like they were ready for my visit. My initial room (102) had so many issues including the toilet that sprayed water every time it was flushed, the shower not working properly and the tv remote also not working properly. I requested a room change which the staff was very happy to accommodate me but it took an entire day to do so. I had to constantly call and remind them but the young lady that assisted me was great. And the new room had no issues so I was happy.
