The staff at the front desk were so very professional and super nice. They helped me with a warm welcome and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you very much. I am over satisfied

7 nights of freedom I stayed 7 nights and was told no cleaning unless I pay the fee for a cleaning. I would have thought they would at least do one day cleaning. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. It was nice that they also provided dishes for my use.

3 story building no elevators. Noise from nearby interstate 64 annoying. Several doors that always slammed shut, did not close. Room large, furniture confortable, good for libger stays.

The toilet was leaking, a dirty wash cloth was hanging on top of the shower rod and the blanket was filthy (old blood stains on it)

There was loudness from the office and always noise, noise slamming this and that. I went to ask for a bucket to put ice in and the lady said they don’t have any due to sanitary reasons. I never in my life have been to a hotel and not had an ice bucket. I said ok do you have ice and she said no we don’t you have to buy your own. I was shocked 😮 and don’t want to go back to this HOTEL. I will stay in the other extended care hotel.
