I would not stay there again. The room was very dirty and had an awful smell that wouldn’t go away. The AC leaked, the appliances were old and unmaintained, the walls had filth all over them that I cleaned off myself. Worst of all, the first morning we were there I saw a cockroach run across the floor! When we came to check in no one was at the front desk and the manager or supervisor walked in at the same time as us and didn’t assist us. This was not an extended stay from where I’m from this was more like motel 8. Property needs upgrade my sink pipe had a hole in it and had been that way for some time . Like go get some gorilla glue if you want to take care of the property. Staff was awesome but not the extended stay I’m used too

The room that I got checked into was not previously checked to make sure that it was clean and did not have any pet urine odors. Very nasty when we walked in the odor was OVERWHELMING We did request another room and was accommodated.

ESA Feedback 1. No chair for desk, front office told us they have none. 2. Not clean 3. Damaged walls, doors 4. No fan in bathroom for showers 5. Key card for entrance has trouble working 6. Bed is awful; sleeping bag would have been preferred 7. Kitchenette with no dishware ... must ask for it Hey, how about a refund hotels.com???

When I arrived the staff were unfriendly and could not care about anything. The floor was was filthy and the smoke detector was ripped off the ceiling. I asked for cooking utensils and only half were supplied. There was no microwave. The bed was rock hard and when I asked for an extra blanket, they would not supply one. There was no toilet paper and they said I have to supply my own.
