Didn’t even walk in Booked the room for my mother, but she didn’t stay. The room was infested with roaches on the first floor. Front desk offered a refund though so that was relieving.

Not a smoke free room. Obviously someone smoked in here. Stains on the comforter.

Typical, nothing special. Bathroom door lock was broken so couldn’t lock it.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY….i was traveling from Florida to there had a paid reservation already book and when I got there they said they seen no reservations , I showed them my reservation confirmation information and they said they have no more room being very rude and would no refund me for my room after giving the room to someone else .. this place is horrible never refunded for the room, I had to purchase a room at another Hotel

didnt have an elevater. cant do alot of stairs (disabled vet) and asked for first floor but was told there weren't any. the stairs still hadn't been salted when it snowed/iced up. someone's dog had crapped all over parking lot and i almost stepped in it next to my van. it was loud due to ppl walking around and being aholes. it was late like 9pm during week.

Inaccurate photos of rooms. Very run down. Dirty and smelled funny outside. I was put into two different rooms that had people in them and staff were shocked when I informed them there were people in the rooms. I felt very unsafe and refused to stay there.
