Unclean, Not Worth the Money Bedsheets were not clean. Staff at checkout were apologetic over the matter.
Over priced for old worn out

For our stay I requested a non-smoking room, the room smelled like an ash tray. The entire building smelled of cigarette smoke, cigarette butts were everywhere. Even the check-in area was full of cigarette smoke, We went to the room and we could not breathe I instantly returned to the front desk and requested a refund! The clerk was very apologetic and polite, but it is what it is. I know you get what you pay for but come on! Lesson learned... pay a little extra for a room, to be comfortable and safe. Dirty, outdated room,trash everywhere outside, room stunk, had to look at 3 rooms before I got 1 I would even sleep in, and then still had to leave early and go to another hotel because I woke up and killed 4 roaches between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. while packing up to leave and booking a new hotel room with 2 days left to stay. I couldn't do it! Horrible experience, staff was amazing, but other than that, it was literal TRASH
