I missed my check in on Monday so I went there Tuesday to check in. They said I was a no show on my reservation on Monday and they said I would have to make a new one. They cashed out my prepaid reservation and took the money. I tried to call Expidia for help and they did call the hotel to see if I could get a refund but wasn’t able to due to hotel policy.

Lit henette with no dishes ruined our stay We picked this hotel because of the kitchenette. However after waking up after a 17 hour drive and attempting to make something to eat, there were no utensils plates pots or cups. I was told I couldn’t get any u til the next day. After explaining my dissatisfaction I was threatened to be put off the property at 9pm. The room was not clean. Towels were not clean. There was hair in the bed and shower, i dicating neither were cleaned. There was trash from whomever was in the room before me. We sat the trash outside of the room for housekeeping to collect. It never was, we stayed for four days. We only saw housekeeping on the first floor.

Our lock was broken, bed had hairs all over, shower was disgusting. And they also do NOT offer free breakfast. Only coffee

There were no utensils or cookware or plates which is strange for an extended stay hotel. Bathroom door does not close properly. No bedding on the beds initially. No coffee maker, and the provided breakfast wasn't sufficient

I couldn’t sleep they was fighting and fussing all night drug dealer and no air or heat I got no sleep

Run down. Not clean. Chair broken in room. Did not feel safe. BUT THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY
