I just want a clean room, shouldn’t be that hard! After driving 8 hours, I just wanted to get to my room. Walked into the room and the bed was broken. The back right corner of the bed was actually slanted towards the floor and the front left leg was in the air. How could the cleaning staff not see this!! 2nd room smelled of dog so badly that it gave my nephew an allergic reaction! Picked this property because it said it had a kitchen, the room did not come equipped with dishes or anything , had to ask for things, only got a pot and a couple plates, no dishwasher or dish soap to at least wash the dishes i did get. Also picked this location because it was supposed to have “breakfast”, all they had was coffee and a few muffins.

Wouldn’t stay here Wouldn’t stay here again. It stunk and in horrible condition. We could hear everything around us and the curtains weren’t even hanging. They were falling off. Everything was dirty.
