What I liked: location was close to where I needed to be. What I didn't like: Where do I begin? Upon arrival there was no one at the desk, actually my entire stay there no one was at the front desk. Instead a sign said to dial 0 and someone would be there. I sat on that phone waiting for someone to come from the back for 2-3 minutes. It kind of annoyed me. It sucked It sucked, refrigerator, stove, mircowave didn't work, water flooding under carpet the whole stay 2 days, staff really sucked ask for room change (we get to it) never happen, i will have done better sleeping in the street

The dirty sheets, the dented door, the musty smell, the lumpy bed, and the cheap breakfast options in the morning and the coffee had massive amounts of coffee grinds in it. It was a $20 room not a $85 one!

Reserved and paid in advance via Travelocity for a room with a king size bed. At check in there was some problem and no king was available. After a considerable delay they put me in a twin room. I was in town on business and nearly late due to the holdup. When I finally got to the no smoking twin room, it smelled like stale cigarettes.

The rooms were not clean they had roaches and bugs and the beds had dirty sheets and the tiolet had pee in the seat and the refrigerator had food in it

A total waste of my money right down to the employees and rooms.... Management call me a couple weeks later and spoke with me... And said i would receive a free room for my troubles... still wait ... never again ... save ur money

Avoid at all costs- they gave away my room that had been booked for weeks! We drove 2.5 hrs with 2 small kids to arrive at dinnertime (about 2 hrs after allowed check-in begins) and they had given away my room. Had I read a few reviews on other sites I wouldve seen this is their M.O. and have done it multiple times before. Due to it being a holiday weekend no hotels had vacancies within a 2 hr drive so we were forced to drive all the way back home, only for me to have to have to return the following morning at 3 AM to make a... read more
