Nothing special about this hotel for lock didn't work hard to get front desk to use hair dryer to warn up lock so it would work

The place ha as a broken system and they were not able to see the reservations we made on Expedia. They gave us the wrong room. The room was very poor condition and no amneties. You have to call and ask for everything.

No toilet paper. Room was filthy and smelled really bad.

Incompetent front desk person. Actually checked us in via ID, credit card and provided a copy of the Expedia paperwork. Hours later, assigned our room to another, who opened our door. Front desk person came to our door, needed us to re-apply as he had no record of us being assigned our room. We refused and told him to call the police. Three police officers arrived (all a waste of time and needless). The front desk made an error and never bothered to double check themselves as we asked them to do. Big time FEA SCO!

- Several minute wait at the counter to check in despite calls to the front desk - Large pretzel crumbs all over the floor of our room, obviously hadn't been cleaned - No toilet paper in the room

My room was dirty when I first arrived and no one wanted to fix the issue. When I finally talked to a manager she assured me that she would send someone to clean my room. She never sent anyone and she barely wanted to accomodate me.

Nothing. We pay for breakfast but there wasn’t any breakfast there. The lamps were dusty.
