The inside and outside of property were nice however check in was a long time because only one staff member was working and she double charged me because she was so confused.

Wish I had known Started when we checked in and my wife went to use the restroom in our room. It had been used and not flushed also no toilet paper. Begs the question; how could the possibly have cleaned it. Things never got any better.

*Staff could be a little more professional and curteous *I was taken to two filthy rooms before the one I stayed in *Two pair of dirty socks were let on floor from previous guest *Floors had not been vacuumed nor mopped; furniture very dusty *Frig would not get cold *Limited TV channel selections *Elevator was nasty w/ flying gnats, large food crumbs remained on floor 3 days *There w as only 1 luggage carrier-which couldn't be found

Dingy/ dry rotted sheets. Dirty bathroom floor. Overall room felt unclean. Entire hotel needs an upgrade. You get what you pay for I suppose. $62

Room was poorly stocked with items such as toilet tissue, Kleenex, no hair dryer etc. Breakfast was very disappointing also. Bathroom floor was not clean. Freezer in bad need of defrosting. Entire building smelled of stale cigarettes.

Housekeeping Inspection Had to change rooms because first room smelled of fish and the sheets were dirty. Room number 2 smelled ok bjt had pennies on tje floor along with a ink pen and pieces pf paper on the floor.. Was very disappointed im the cleanliness showed whomever was the housekeeper had no pride pr care at all about their work or the hotel's reputation. Need an inspector badly since adults need to be monitored like children.

The only highlights were the location and 1 staff member being particularly helpful. The room was not up to par, especially in comparison to other extended stays I have been to. The floors were sticky, bed covers had hair on it (even when switched to different room) and I ended up buying new bedsheets because of this. This location needs to do away with the brown blankets that trap hair of all lengths and textures. It was very gross to be honest. I paid for and reserved a room with king sized bed. Didn’t check in by 6pm, so they called me saying that all the king sized rooms were gone. I arrived at the hotel and was given a key to a room 429. I walked in and the mattresses were up and leaned against the wall. There was a pile of dirty linen sitting on the table, the sink was dirty. I took video and photos. If I hadn’t already paid for the room I wouldn’t have stayed there, but I really didn’t have another option.
