Well that day the hotel was booked the front lady was so focused on talking with his coworker could of us helped us me struggling getting another hotel didn’t bother on telling us nothing

The property is outdated & I found to be nice but not professional in any way. One man had duck tape over his name badge with his name written on it with a black sharpie...The keys had to be reprogramed 3 times...once it was the wrong room. I had a reservation from Expedia & then was told there was no a room available & I needed to go to another location 10 minutes away...Once i declined....there was a room. I was confused. The property was absolutely disgusting poor amenities it looked as if it had not been cleaned in ages. The front desk man was an uppity old man who could not comprehend two numbers in rapid secession so going through saying my phone number and email address for checking took unbearably long. The older man was easily scared over any small question but when he saw my friend in the lobby he accosted her, asking "what are you doing here?". Stay with this chain because I expected certain things ... like kitchen items . Nope . You had to ask for kitchen accessories and risk breaking them on your way back to your room. Bed , tiny , not for 2 people . And charges unaccounted for. Very Sad experience.
