The shower in our room 204 was disgusting, hair was in the shower, the toilet wasn’t mounted down and kept rocking, the refrigerator was nasty. When we took a shower finally the floor of the shower started freaking like it was going to fall in. Floors didn’t look vacuumed. It was just overall not a good experience.

Overbooked rooms and for stuck w one bed for 4 people, Facility was very dirty, hallway smelled like urine.

The walls in the bathroom hadholes in them. There was a smell of cigarette smoke as you walked through the halls. The light in the bathroom over the sink did not work.
