HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! This is my first and last time staying at this hotel. Well, it's like a cheap motel, to be honest. It is extremely dirty; carpets everywhere have nasty and smelly stains, and the lobby and elevators smell of cigarettes and weeds. We booked a room with double beds, and they changed our room to a queen size bed with no sofa bed. There were three of us: my husband, myself, and our 12 yo son. It took a half hour to check in. When i arrived at 6pm I was told there were no clean rooms available. It took the clerk several phone calls and help from another employee to find a clean room. When i got to the room, it was far from clean. I was to tired to deal with trying to change room. While the building looks new from the outside the rooms are very dated and in poor condition. I will not stay here again

No reservation found I came around 10pm, beyond tired, and the front desk said they could not find my reservation. I had to spend over an hour on the phone until it was straighten out.

(a) After booking the room through Expeida, I received a message from ESA that stated: Housekeeping Services: We provide complimentary weekly housekeeping when your stay exceeds 7 nights. If your stay is less than 7 nights, housekeeping services are available for a small, additional fee. Extra towels, bed linens, tissue, shampoo and soap are free upon request. Disgusting hotel This is a disgusting extended stay. Absolutely filthy hotel. Cook top burners didn’t work. Kitchen sink didn’t drain. Bathtub didn’t drain. Room smelled horrible. Guest smoking pot. Guests propping back doors open and no one doing anything about it. Large dogs should not be allowed. I would like a refund. I checked out early as soon as I could get another hotel to stay at. Horrible to charge even one penny for such filth.

The room was dirty. Sheets smelled. Tv didn’t work. Was in there for 15 mins before deciding to leave. Was told I would get a refund and that didn’t happen.
