The walls in the bathroom hadholes in them. There was a smell of cigarette smoke as you walked through the halls. The light in the bathroom over the sink did not work.

Cheap for a reason Was given a room with someone already in it, second room had no remote for tv, right next to lobby and noisy

Expedia randomly cancelled my reservation...or was it the hotel who randomly cancelled my reservation?...we still don't know till today because each side blames the other, but I was left in the lobby for over an hour until I was made to book another room. Situation showed the internal dysfunction of how they operate.

This facility was VERY dirty! The elevator stunk until someone finally sprayed something in there. It certainly wasn’t washed. The staff usually wasn’t visible. We were told we would have a bag breakfast. Haha, not so. The “food shelf” was usually empty. Yucky place & that is being nice.

Poor experience Booked two rooms Beds were hard Pillows uncomfortable Bathroom sink leaking all on to the floor When I checked in, clerk was talking on phone in back office took 10-15 for her to come out Line formed and other guest was upset

Worse than a Super 8 The stay was overall extremely disappointing. I was not able to receive the room I booked. The room I ended up in was supposed to be a Queen, but definitely was only a full size bed. The staff were barely available and did not follow the COVID precautions that are actually outlined on hotels.com and mandated by Cook County at the time. Everything was dirty: hallways, elevator, room, etc. The flooring in the bathroom was peeling up, the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall.

The woman at the front desk was extraordinarily rude when checking in a colleague. Worst service ever.

Not clean The room was not clean. Used q-tip, toilet paper wrapper on floor. Fridge had something smeared on it. The furniture had trim coming off. The fridge seal had mold/mildrew and the outside of the fridge had condensation (poor insulation).
