Expedia and the hotel really bad experience Expedia and hotel they don’t know about guest service
Really bad experience Everything, since I started my reservation through Expedia!!!
The staff were friendly. Parking and location fine. The hotel was outdated, dark, beds not comfy and bedding was disgusting. Outlets were sparse and not well placed. No charging stations for phones or electronics. Tiny tv for size of room. My rooms smoke detector had been covered by a plastic bag. Fire and safety hazard. Bathroom soo tiny you need to straddle toilet to close door. I won’t ever stay here again.
Hotel is in major need of rehab. The bed was so uncomfortable, my husband and I woke up with aching backs each morning. The "hot breakfast" as listed on Expedia's site was simply coffee (which had run out when we got there), granola bars, and cheap mini muffins. There is no ice machine. They had internet, but it was slow so that they could try to force you to pay more to upgrade the speed. Everything about the room was outdated and in need of a thorough cleaning and facelift. The man working at the desk was nice and helpful, but nothing else was good about this experience. The hotel smells BAD. My room was VISIBLY dirty. There was a band-aid holding the remote together and a sponge of some sort sticking out of the air conditioning vent. I was thankful to have a bed and a shower since I was stuck overnight in Chicago...but I will never, ever, stay at another Extended Stay America and you should stop booking people there.

Disappointed guest We felt very uncomfortable , not safe,staying here. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly.
Not have a good experience. Stuff was friendly but overall hotel needs a lot of improvements.
