One of the rooms had a huge hole in the door and it looked like it was knocked down.

Great price, not great odor. The room was fine; nothing amazing but it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke both nights. It was listed as non-smoking room but the smell was so strong that I felt like it was coming from one of the vents. I should have purchased some air freshener to see if the smell could have been neutralized.

Cleaning is free... soap and water people!!! The decor and style are outdated. I overlooked that but the cleanliness of the room was disgraceful. I mean come on people... soap and water and vacuum the carpet!!! There was toothpaste splatters on the mirror, soap scum in the shower and ledge of the tub and they even left the scrub sponge which should have been thrown out weeks ago.

Besides waiting to check in and no one at the desk which would be understanding if busy but talking in back and all you here is swearing and gossiping like teenagers is very unprofessional at any customer service job. Then the room has cob Webs every in the room crack sinks and a very Unpleasant smell in the room as well. I've been here before long ago and it has definitely changed for the worst. It use to be very well maintained and clean looking now it looks more like a dump. Sorry.

Quick stay I had a room with a queen size bed. The bed looked as if it was quickly made up and not neat. The two desk chairs in the room, the seats were dirty. The microwave was not clean.
