Maybe this was a bad weekend but... I was happy we were able to check in sooner than anticipated. However, the room was not as clean as it could have been. My bed had sheets with stains. I asked if someone could come and make the changes, I was told no one was available. I took the sheets and changed them myself. The floor didn't look vacuumed and the bathroom did not have the shower wipes down. We were tired but did this ourselves. The wifi never allowed you to stay connected. Not really close to o’hare Room needs updating, but it is very clean and convenient . Large refrigerator, it is a fair price if you need it for a layover , excelent price if you have an extended stay . Breakfast is coffee , oatmeal and muffins . Bathroom fan was super noisy needs replaced .

Check in staff was kind of rude, but it was ok. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was only granola bars and coffee, but there were kitchenette in each room. So maybe they thought people would make breakfast in their room. Overall, it was a good experience.
