The front desk staff person was rude every time I interacted with her. And the bathroom shower had peeling paint, freezer had leftover food from a previous guest, no linen for the pull out sofa and no towels for all the guest in the room. Definitely won't stay here again.

Needs updating, short on staff When we arrived, the handle on the toilet in our room was broken, staff was great in switching to a different room. New room didn't have a shower curtain or enough towels. Staff was great to help with that issue. But when packing to leave, I found an open condom wrapper on the floor next to the bed. Makes me wonder if the room had been cleaned and the linens changed before we used the room. VERY DISPLEASED!!

Not what I am use to with Extended Stays Definitely a case of you get what you pay for. Have had decent experiences with Extended Stays before so figured the negative reviews were possibly a little over blown. Not the case, reviews may be a little more gracious than my experience presented. Go up to my room and that is when things fell apart. I had to wait about 10 minutes to check in at 4pm. The condition of the bathroom was poor. The repairs were like someone did them that had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Attempting to call down at the front desk via the hotel phone was unsuccessful however when I called on my cell phone two minutes later employee picked up. Interesting… overall the Staff seemed very unhappy to be working there.

Hotel in Chicago Suburb Accidentally booked the wrong Extended Stay in this area. Figured it would still be satisfactory since I have stayed at the other one and was satisfied. This was not the case. The hotel smelled disgusting. The room I was given smelled like the stove inside had blown up. It was a mixture of gas and electrical burn. Had to move rooms. New room was less smelly but still had an odor to it. There was no breakfast provided.

Microwave did not work sheets had burn marks tub paint was peeling wasn't really clean.

Very poor service the room was not ready for 2 and 1/2 hours after check-in. I received a bill with a different amount and a credit card I did not use reference although it had the correct room number name and address. Looks like some form of scam or massive mistake.

VERY VERY DIRTY!!! BAD! VERY DIRTY!!! Had to switch rooms cause the first room sheets seemed used/dirty. Second room counters and floors were dirty. Tub was worn and paint peeling. Mirror was crack. I know why it was so cheap...Sometimes you do get what you pay for. Was Bad!!! Front desk was nice but rest was down hill. NEEDS REPAIRS/UPDATING BAD AND NEW CLEANING STAFF!!!
