I booked this hotel bevuse of its proximity to the Allstate arena and Ohare airport. I was told the service to leave my car and be shuttled to the airport was no longer. The man at the counter ( Marco or something like that) went out of his way to make it work for me. I truly appreciated his extra help!
We stayed here the night before an early flight and it worked out perfectly. Very convenient to ORD, clean room, friendly staff.
The staffs are nice and request are taking very seriously
They do not serve any breakfast and any hot coffee
