Really nice place to stay This is a great hotel! Staff really nice and friendly. The room was really great for the money. Not far from ohare airport, plus they have a shuttle with very good drivers. I would stay here again no problems.

Better than your car. Maybe. Unwelcoming manager at front desk. Very confusing explanations about rooms options or lack thereof.

Nice hotel close to airport The staff was very friendly from the shuttle guy to the maintenance man. I was treated so nicely always being asked if there was anything they could do to make me feel like If i was at home!

Great room with a lot of space. The room was great and reasonably priced. We had a queen size bed and sofa bed. Also a kitchen and lots of space. There are 2 locations right next to each other and they are not labeled as different hotels. We parked and got sent to a different one right next door. We asked for extra blankets since we had a sofa bed and they said they won't bring them up and we had to go get them. Customer service could be a little better. Not the same hotel I stayed in 17 years ago I was a frequent guest when this hotel was Studio Plus back in 2000. At that time it was a great place to stay, convenient to the NW Burbs. Now, it is bare bones. Internet is as slow as dial-up unless you pay to upgrade. No dishes or utensils in the rooms even though they have full kitchens (Have to get items from the front desk). A/C unit in my room didn't work properly and my room smelled like musty smoke. I can't say I'll be repeating as a customer, sadly.
