Great service The staff was great. Friendly and accomodating. Biggest concern was the AC/Heater unit was LOUD... everytime it kicked in, it sounded like an airplane was landing in my room. Also, the wi-fi only worked on one night of my trip... the second night wouldn't let me connect at all.

A solid experience The front desk people were fantastic. Very friendly and accomodating. My biggest issue was the noise. I don't know if it was thin walls or poor insulation or what, but every noise from the floor, the lobby, upstairs, outside, nearby, TVs from other rooms, etc. were clearly audible and occassionally startling. In any kind of hotel scenario, this is somewhat expected, but when I can hear every conversation (and not loudly speaking conversations) from rooms no closer than six rooms away, it's a little disturb... read more

Disappointed but happy with the people. There were a few things not working in the room. Burners, side door lock, entry lock from time to time, loud refrigerator, an HVAC that needs attention
